In rural mountainous areas of Nicaragua, many adults and children suffer from cavities, cracks, or broken teeth that are too advanced for any hope of repair. With an extraction being too costly, their teeth just continue to rot and crumble. Your gift of $200 allows a local dentist to visit these rural communities and provide free extractions for approximately 20 individuals, educating them on proper hygiene, and providing necessary medication to prevent infection and alleviate the pain.
