Changes to Esperança's Medical Supply Donation Program

Due to significant changes in the international shipping and logistics landscape,

Esperança has cancelled the medical supply program, effective immediately.

What does this mean?

  • We will no longer be able to accept donated supplies dropped off at our facility or shipped via mail.
  • This frequency and model of Esperança's surgical trips, nor the strength of our international partnerships will be impacted by this change. Surgical trips continue to be scheduled in partnership with the communities we serve in Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Peru.
  • Esperança worked in partnership with local and international organizations to distribute the remainder donated materials in our warehouse.

Together, we have delivered over $37 million in donated medical supplies and equipment to communities in need across seven different countries. Witness the impact of your support in this video.
