Al is the owner of Back9 Consulting, LLC and a Vistage Chair who leads high-performing Peer Advisory groups of CEOs in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Al’s career has been a blend of owning and operating numerous small businesses and working in several leadership roles for a Fortune 500 company. The combination has been very valuable but Al’s true passion has always been with small businesses and today he finds working with SMB entrepreneurs very rewarding.

At Back9 Consulting, LLC, Al serves as you’re Business Caddie via a multi-purpose coaching, training, and consulting company. Al coaches and consults clients, as well as conducts workshops on the topics of vision/mission/values creation – strategic planning – goal setting – business systems – talent recruitment, alignment, and development – personal and leadership development – communication – delegation – finance – selling – process improvement – mental fitness, and more.

Al has been blessed to be married to his beautiful and brilliant wife (Suzette) since 1984 and they were further blessed with an awesome son (Eric) who married the love of his life (Alexandra) giving us a wonderful daughter-in-law in 2021. Suzette and Al can’t wait to be promoted to Grandparents.
