Carly began at Esperanca in December of 2022 as the Development Director. With over 10 years of non-profit experience, she brings her upbeat personality and donor centric strategies to the organization. Professional fundraising has been the perfect role for her when it comes to connecting people to what they are passionate about.  Advancing communities and changing lives are two things Carly enjoys being a part of.  

When not fundraising, you can find Carly hanging out with her husband, three children and their pets. Carly enjoys crafting, taking scenic drives and laughing with the people in her life that are important to her.
