Elizabeth is a learning and development professional with over 16 years of experience in creating organizational learning strategies that drive employee engagement and business results. She has extensive experience in the design, development, facilitation and evaluation of classroom-based training, online training events and hybrid learning delivery with a full understanding of adult learning theories and international trends. Elizabeth's experience also includes strategic planning, behavioral assessments, onboarding, learning management systems, eLearning, public speaking, workshop facilitation, leadership development, analysis of training needs, and project management. Elizabeth currently serves as the Director of Organizational Learning & Development for Lam Research.
