Sandra Searle, CFRE serves as the Chief Development Officer for Esperança. A proud Arizona native, she is recognized in the community as a leader in nonprofit fundraising, overseeing the development, marketing, volunteer and outreach strategies for organizations upwards of $25 million. Past experience includes serving as CDO for UMOM and Development Director with St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation and Barrow Neurological Foundation—both part of the Dignity Health System. Sandra was honored as the 2010 Outstanding Fundraising Executive of the Year by the Greater Arizona AFP Chapter and is designated a Master Trainer by AFP International.

Sandra brings over twenty-five years of professional experience to Esperança, working with such organizations as the American Cancer Society, Sojourner Center and Arizona Clean and Beautiful. Sandra was the Chief Philanthropy Officer at St Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and led the effort behind a successful $11 million capital campaign in 2008/2010.

In her free time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and their many rescue animals, including their llama, Tallulah!
