Prior to event
- Commit to filling a table in-person or invite an unlimited number of guests to join online and register to be an Ambassador.
- Invite your friends, family, and community to join you in supporting Esperança (be innovative & tenacious & work your network)
- Share your personal connection and case for Esperança – it’s a fundraising event!
- Receive tools, templates & read the emails from Esperança! Emails will help you share stories and talk more about our work.
- Register guests online as they confirm or send them the link. Guest lists are requested by September 7, 2022.
- Encourage gifts in lieu of attendance to friends and family that cannot make it.
- Communicate important event details to your guests and remind them the week of the event.
At the event
- Arrive for the cocktail hour reception at 5:00 PM to check-in and welcome your own guests.
- Receive an Ambassador Packet upon check-in with all the instruction you need during the program.
- Once prompted from the stage, hand out donation form to guests at your table.
- Encourage others at your table and make a donation at the event.
After the event
- Thank your guests for attending.
- Encourage gifts in lieu of attendance.
- Provide feedback to Esperança or volunteer for the next event.
