You can name Esperança as a beneficiary in your will quickly and easily. This gift will last far more than your lifetime. It will make a lasting impact for future generations of children and families across the globe who don’t have access to health care, housing, clean water and food systems.
In addition, you can receive an estate tax charitable deduction, which will reduce the tax burden on your family.
Talk with your attorney about including language in your will or trust specifying the type and amount of gift to be made to Esperança, Inc., or name Esperança, Inc. as a beneficiary of your investments (IRAs, 401Ks, 403Bs, or pension plans) or life insurance policies.

Bequest of Specific Personal Property
I hereby give, devise and bequeath DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY to Esperança, Inc., a nonprofit organization located at 1911 W. Earll Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85015, Federal Tax ID #23-7087997, for Esperança’s general use and purpose/ or name a specific program.
Bequest of Specific Real Estate
- I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the right, title and interest in and to the real estate located at ADDRESS OR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY to Esperança, Inc., a nonprofit organization located at 1911 W. Earll Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85015, Federal Tax ID #23-7087997, for Esperança’s general use and purpose/ or name a specific program.
- Percentage Bequest – If you would like to leave a percentage of your estate to Esperança, we recommend the following language:
I hereby give, devise and bequeath ____ percent (___%) of my total estate, determined as of the date of my death, to Esperança, Inc., a nonprofit organization located at 1911 W. Earll Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85015, Federal Tax ID #23-7087997, for Esperança’s general use and purpose/or name a specific program. - Residual Bequest – If you would like to leave what remains of your estate to Esperança, we recommend the following language:

Earll Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85015, Federal Tax ID #23-7087997, ALL OR A PERCENTAGE of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to be used for Esperança’s general use and purpose/ or name a specific program. - Contingent Bequest – Should your primary beneficiary not survive, you can also name Esperança as a contingent beneficiary using the following suggested language. If PRIMARY BENEFICIARY does not survive me, then I hereby give, devise and bequeath to Esperança, a nonprofit organization located at 1911 W.
